Let's take a deeper dive into our yoga practice this month by working with the mantra of "Breath In... Breath Out." The power of the yoga practice is noticing the breath and using it when times get challenging and hard. We will bring ourselves back to the basics of the practice… which is to just take one breath at a time.
Join me on a journey to become your own best teacher in your yoga practice by being with each inhale and each exhale. I would love to have you join.
The Intensive

The “Add On”

Cost: an additional $54 for 3 more classes. (total $162 for 9 classes.)
Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 3-week intensive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks.
Over the 3 weeks you can expect to:
Get stronger physically by refining movements
Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness
Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice
All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.
About The “Add On”
If you are looking to take your yoga practice to a new level by learning more challenging yoga postures, try out the Wednesday “Advanced” class. This class is designed to teach you new ways to move in your body by breaking down the yoga poses that are more “advanced,” like inversions (headstand and handstand), arm balances (crow and variations), and backbends (wheel and camel). All these poses are accessible to individuals that have a consistent practice… I’ll walk you through how to get into them and allow them to feel really good in your body. Drop-ins welcome or add to your monthly membership subscription.
