Wednesday’s “Advanced” Class
Take your yoga practice to a new level by challenging yourself with the Wednesday “Advanced” class. Classes are designed to teach you new ways to move in your body by breaking down the yoga poses that are more “advanced,” like inversions (headstand and handstand), arm balances (crow and variations), and backbends (wheel and camel). All these poses are accessible to individuals that have a consistent practice… I’ll walk you through how to get into them and allow them to feel really good in your body.
