The Ayurvedic Reset is a 3-week diet and lifestyle program that is designed to help you feel really good in your body each day by finding new healthy routines, an appreciation for your food & healthy eating habits, and by prioritizing your sleep each night. The program will include 3 health related lectures focused on: daily rituals (morning and evening), seasonal diet, and sleep through the lens of Ayurveda. During the program, you will also get a deep dive into meditation & breathwork. There will be time to share all your successes and address challenges that are coming up for you. This is designed to be a small group, so you’ll be able to share and ask questions throughout the reset.
