You will learn diet & lifestyle habits that will teach you how to listen to your body and address any dis-ease in your body, including chronic fatigue, stress & anxiety, digestive distress, and autoimmune disorders. The Ayurvedic Reset is a 3-week diet and lifestyle program that is designed to help you feel really good in your body each day by finding new healthy routines, an appreciation for your food & healthy eating habits, and by prioritizing your sleep each night. The goal of the Reset is to create routines in your life that leave you to feeling really good in your body EACH DAY!
The program will include 3 health related lectures focused on: daily rituals (morning and evening), seasonal diet, and sleep through the lens of Ayurveda. During the program, you will also get a deep dive into meditation & breathwork. There will be time to share all your successes and address challenges that are coming up for you.
