The Ayurvedic Reset is a 3-week diet and lifestyle program designed to help you feel empowered in your body by creating new healthy habits, developing an appreciation for your food, and priotizing your sleep each night. The goal of the Reset is to set new routines giving you an improved sense of vitality EACH DAY! The program gives you an introduction to the ancient "science of life" (Ayurveda) and shows you how to personalize it for your needs RIGHT NOW. The program will include 3 health related lectures focused on: daily rituals (morning and evening), seasonal diet, and sleep through the lens of Yoga & Ayurveda. During the program, you will also get a deep dive into meditation & breathwork. There will be time to share all your successes and address challenges that are coming up for you. This is designed to be a small group, so you’ll be able to share and ask questions throughout the Reset.
Over the 3 weeks you will get:
3- 90 minute in-person lectures and group learning sessions on lifestyle modifications (morning and evening routines), guide on eating recommendations (including what foods to focus on for Spring/Summer and timing of eating), and things to think about that will optimize sleep. All lectures are all based on Ayurveda and Functional Medicine approaches to health and wellbeing.
Email check-ins 3 days per week to see how things are going and get suggestions to any challenges that might come up. You’ll have a chance to get personalized feedback form me that will be more detailed than the group setting.
3- 60 minute classes incorporating meditation, breathing, and open dialogue on how things are going with the reset. This will be a time to share successes and challenges with others in the program.
